Toilet in the Road
CLIENT
Kohler
Leading up to the celebration of their 150th anniversary, Kohler sought to launch Numi 2.0, their most advanced smart toilet to date, with an homage to their bold history of advertising. Seeking the ideal backdrop, we traveled to Marfa, Texas and partnered with famed local photographer, Douglas Friedman, to reimagine Kohler’s daring 1980s print ad, “Toilet in the Road.”
As the scope of the project rapidly expanded to include national media, a television spot and behind the scenes documentary, I performed crucial roles leading the development of our social media strategy and execution and assisting with art direction and design across various channels.
